The property felt dated and had musty odors in some areas. Security was concerning with unlocked exterior doors at all hours.

I adored the outdoor pool area, which had sun loungers where I could unwind and soak up the sun after exploring all day. On top of that, the caring staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable, giving it that special touch that warms your heart.

Cayuga Blu offered an impressive executive training center that met our business needs perfectly. The staff was exceptionally efficient, assisting with all aspects of our meeting setup. The meeting space was spacious, well-equipped, and conducive to productive sessions, which greatly benefited our team activities.

Some areas of the hotel showed signs of age and required maintenance.
