We asked for an extremely spacious room with the breakfast daily and the TV, for example and got one. Coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator were provided. The location was favourable - near to downtown Ithaca and the waterfalls and cayuga lake. Furthermore, late to everything.
The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

It's comfortable and spotless hotel, has easy location close to the mall. The staff is very amiable, excellent. The breakfast is hot, available with bacon, fresh cheese and eggs and bacon. There are great prices in the property.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all pleasant and exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed our great value for money and reasonably large room and exceptionally comfortable beds. Had coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator at our disposal. The daily service was excellent. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, even so it was nice.
